Home Maintenance
You lead a busy life. So, let us help you get around to things that you don’t have time for. In addition to our general home inspections, we can also take care of your other basic home needs. BZ can accommodate property owners to include window washing, light bulb changing, deck washing and sealing, power washing, as well as many other minor duties you’d like to include in your home package. For major issues, we can contract experts in the field that we have developed a solid working relationship with and professionals who are great at what they do and know exactly what you need. BZ will care for your home with delicacy, professionalism and meticulousness. Let us give you one less thing to worry about.
Vineyard Management
We understand that many Valley homeowners have vineyards, we can coordinate your vineyard needs. We contract a local and talented vineyard management team that is experienced in getting you the quality you deserve from your grapes. They will train, trellises, prune, and harvest your vines, making sure our clients get the most from their grape production.
Landscape Maintenance
Using experienced professionals, we can help you maintain your landscape or complete the makeover you’ve always wanted. We use professionals that are knowledgeable in creating the right solutions that are fit for you. Whether your estate is large or small, they have the proper equipment to create the landscape you have in mind. Fees are based on the size of the property and work provided. Services can be arranged to be weekly, monthly or however you deem necessary.
Housekeeping
We want to make sure the home you come into is just as clean as when you leave. Let us take care of your mundane worries. Our cleaning professionals are experienced in detailing your home to the particular way you want it. We put the special touch into scrubbing those floors and baseboards, cleaning the showers, polishing furniture, washing every sink until it is spotless and giving your home the finishing touch it deserves. We will even arrange deep cleanings such as window or carpet cleaning during seasonal changes. We are thorough and meticulous in our work, making sure your home remains beautiful from the inside out.
Arrival Prep and Departure
Want to arrive home to your ideal setup? Whether you prefer your home at a set temperature, well- lit, perfectly cleaned, or fridge and bar stocked with all your favorites, BZ can make it happen! Just ask. All that’s left for you to do is come in and enjoy. At your departure, we’ll reset the temps to help you cut energy costs. Don’t worry about making the beds after you leave, we’ll clean-up making sure all dishes are washed, beds made, and perishables disposed. BZ staff will set out and retrieve your garbage and recycling bins as well, leaving everything neat and tidy for your next visit. BZ assures your arrival home is just as pleasant and easy as your departure.
