Based on your needs, property inspections can be performed monthly, weekly, daily or however you deem necessary.

What We Inspect, and What You Should Expect

We do a walk-through of your entire home and check for any possible issues. From your basement to your roof, we guarantee you a thorough home check. Bravo Zulu will create your customized home report with every visit- so you know what’s been checked, done, and when it all occurred. These reports are kept secure and confidential. Owners may use these reports as supporting documentation for insurance purposes if needed. In extreme weather conditions, property owners will be made aware of the actions taken to protect their home. Post storm property checks provide a close monitoring of your home to give you peace of mind and satisfaction wherever you may be. 
Keep in mind that our inspections do not protect your home from existing damage, but rather alert you of any issues and help you identify which problem areas need to be addressed.
